Understand your issue before we talk about solving it

Research says that 90-95% of our issues are connected with stress. Even when we have a physical issue, from a sore back to a skin rash to even cancer research share that those can easily be connected with stress. And stress is a container for everything we have in our mind from depression to anxiety to PTSD to our family our career, our kids our cultural background etc.

So solving an issue is not always easy? Sometimes it makes sense to understand what are the symptoms and how those are interconnected with other symptoms or other issues before you can really solve it.

Lets dive in the different symptoms we could have and how they could be interconnected.

As I like to say remaster your mind and body and become what you always desired to be? It sounds sometimes so easy and I think we all have tried so many times to change something and we did not succeed.

Should we try harder or change the approach?

But which approach, there are physiotherapist, chiropractors, therapeutic massage, kinesiology, reiki, acupuncture, acupressure, naturopathy, light therapy, aroma therapy, EFT, EMDR, counsellors, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, hypnotherapist, life coaches and we can go on and on.

How do you choose? How to find an approach that works for you?

Most of the mentioned are looking at one side of the issue of are focussing on one symptom.

In psychology there a 12 different main streams or approaches and most of the psychologist are specialist in one or two approaches and those have really different ways of where they work on and even what the final result will be, a chiropractor looks at your spine, a physiotherapist works on the muscles, acupuncture at the energy that flows through your body, naturopathy works on what you eat and do not eat to say it simple, Reiki works on energy, EFT and EMDR works on the trauma, hypnotherapy works on the subconscious mind and depending on the hypnotherapist it can combine psychology, counselling and/or NLP aspects in the treatment.

Confused?

What could be an advantage of a holistic approach, an approach that combines the different symptoms and issues (if they are connected) and from there works with an integral approach.

A combination of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Reiki, NLP, breathing techniques, doTERRA Aroma therapy, Neuroscience, Quantum Mechanics and Epigenetic programming, wow that is a lot or not? Not if you focus on the cherries instead of the entire tree.

In the remaster workshop we let you experience this and also provide you with the insight of these methodologies and why you can really remaster yourself.
